The City of DeLand, Florida retained the firm of CPH, Inc. to conduct a Visioning and Master Plan study for select, under-utilized parcels within Downtown DeLand. Conducted public participation and stakeholder meetings and design charrettes. Developed Vision Plan to include extensive land use analysis, economic feasibility, and maximum potential product use and mix yield. Implemented City’s vision to leverage CRA fund for private investment.
