Benefits
Insurance
CPH offers a full range of insurance to its employees who work more than 30 hours per week. Health, Life/AD&D, and Long Term-Disability are paid for by CPH at 100% for the employee. In addition, Dental, Long-Term care, and Short Term Disability Insurance are available as voluntary benefits.
Paid Holidays *
Full time employees of CPH receive eight (8) paid holidays annually. These include New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
Paid Time Off *
Personal leave days are accrued by full time employees according to length of service. A beginning employee accrues 17 Personal Leave Days while an employee who has been with the company for 13 or more years earns 27 Personal Leave Days per year.
